Job Summary

This role offers a versatile daily routine at our HQ office in Højbjerg, supporting the company's daily operations and contributing to a professional and well-functioning workplace. You will be responsible for preparing and serving meeting catering, tidying meeting rooms and common areas, restocking office supplies, handling printing tasks, and assisting with administrative duties. You will also cover the reception as needed, order and receive goods for internal consumption, and perform archiving and other ad hoc office tasks.

The Job:

In this role, you will have a versatile daily routine, where you will spend your days at our HQ office in Højbjerg with tasks that support the company's daily operations and contribute to a professional and well-functioning workplace.

Your primary tasks:

  • Preparation and serving of meeting catering
  • Tidying and organizing meeting rooms and common areas
  • Daily restocking of office supplies and necessities
  • Handling printing tasks and light administrative duties
  • Covering reception as needed
  • Ordering and receiving goods for internal consumption
  • Archiving and light office tasks
  • Various ad hoc tasks

  • Have completed high school or an equivalent education
  • Be responsible, structured, and have stable attendance

  • Be proficient in Danish and English at a good level
  • Have experience from a similar position (an advantage, but not a requirement)

What do we offer?

We offer an exciting and versatile position in an international company, where you will become an important part of daily life at our HQ office in Aarhus. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience in office work within a dynamic organization.

  • Working hours: Minimum 15 hours per week with the possibility of up to 37 hours. Working hours will primarily be between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
  • Employment period: Until summer 2027.
