Must Have

Planning and proposing game content, worldviews, and character concepts
Team operation and member management
Quality control of designs and settings, progress management, and liaison
Negotiating with external creators to determine design direction and manage completion
Practical experience in commercial games
Game design construction/formulation and problem-solving ability
Experience in setting/scenario-related work such as worldview and character settings, in-game text creation

Required Experience/Skills

Practical experience in commercial games.
Platform of the game does not matter.
Ability to construct and formulate game designs, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in setting and scenario-related work, such as worldview and character settings, and in-game text creation.

Salary

Annual salary 8 million JPY to 12 million JPY

Working Hours

Staggered working hours system (generally 11:00-20:00 / standard working hours: 8 hours/day)

Start time can be freely decided between 8:00 and 11:00.
Discretionary labor system may apply depending on the ability layer at the time of joining.
