Job Responsibilities

• Planning and proposing game content, worldviews, and character concepts.
• Team operation and member management.
• Quality control of designs and settings, progress management, and liaison.
• Negotiating with external creators to determine design direction and manage completion.

Required Experience/Skills

• Practical experience in commercial games.
• Platform of the game does not matter.
• Ability to construct and formulate game designs, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in setting and scenario-related work, such as worldview and character settings, and in-game text creation.

Annual salary 8 million JPY to 12 million JPY
