This role involves planning and proposing game content, worldviews, and character concepts. It also includes team management, quality control of designs and settings, progress management, and liaising with external creators to determine design direction and manage completion. Must Have

- Practical experience in commercial games
- Game design construction/formulation and problem-solving ability
- Experience in setting/scenario-related work such as worldview and character settings, in-game text creation

Required Experience/Skills
- Practical experience in commercial games.
- Platform of the game does not matter.

Annual salary 8 million JPY to 12 million JPY
