- Planning and proposing game content, worldviews, and character concepts.
- Team operation and member management.
- Quality control of designs and settings, progress management, and liaison.
- Negotiating with external creators to determine design direction and manage completion.
Required Experience/Skills
- Practical experience in commercial games.
- Platform of the game does not matter.
- Ability to construct and formulate game designs, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in setting and scenario-related work, such as worldview and character settings, and in-game text creation.
