This role, Premium Seating Strategy & Sales Director, is crucial for scaling their Premium Experience Strategy & Sales capability. The director will lead major premium & hospitality partnerships, drive commercial growth, and build long-term relationships. They will also lead and coach a high-performing team, focusing on innovation, data, and human connection to redefine premium sales in sports and entertainment.
Must Have:
  • Proven experience leading B2B and B2C premium or hospitality sales in sport, entertainment, or luxury experiences.
  • A record of delivering revenue growth, margin optimisation, and long-term client value.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing commercial teams.
  • A curious, analytical mindset with the confidence to advise senior clients on emerging trends.

We’re looking for a Premium Seating Strategy & Sales Director to lead this growth. A commercial force who can win, build, and lead major premium & hospitality partnerships, like the ones we have with the European Tour Group and The R&A, delivering measurable, sustained results.

You’ll lead an already high-performing team, helping them reach new heights through hands-on coaching, commercial rigour, and creative ambition, while driving the sourcing of new global premium sales partnerships.

You’re a commercially sharp, people-focused leader who’s as comfortable closing multi-million-pound partnerships as you are coaching a talented team.

You’ll bring:
