Job Description
The Christ Fellowship Kids Preschool Ministry Assistant provides support and care for every aspect of the Preschool Ministry Area. The job duties include selecting and equipping a volunteer team, ensuring weekend resources are prepared and distributed, growing campus attendance, ensuring an excellent weekend experience, assisting in planning and execution of events, supporting midweek programming, contributing to Central Team initiatives, attending meetings, and serving as a PHASE expert. The role is full-time and requires a college graduate or degree in progress, with at least one year experience in a kids' ministry environment.
Must have:
- Experience in a kids' ministry environment.
- Ability to select and equip a volunteer team.
- Ability to prepare and distribute resources.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Christ Fellowship Kids Preschool Ministry Assistant provides support and care for every aspect of the Preschool Ministry Area.
JOB DUTIES:
- Selecting and equipping a volunteer team so they can thrive in their assigned roles on the Christ Fellowship Kids team.
- Ensure weekend resources are prepared and distributed in preparation for the weekend experience.
- Growing campus attendance by implementing our Christ Fellowship Kids strategy.
- Ensuring the overall weekend experience for kids is done with excellence in a safe, fun, meaningful, and engaging environment.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of events and spiritual milestones.
- Supporting midweek programming during the week as directed.
- Contributing to Central Team initiative development and implementation as directed by and in cooperation with Central Kids Directors and team.
- Attending weekly staff meetings and Department meetings as directed.
- Serve as an PHASE expert.
EDUCATION:
- College graduate, or degree in progress; a focus in education/ministry is a plus.
- Experienced with 1 year in a kids’ ministry environment, either as staff or volunteer.
JOB SPECS:
Classification: Full time (40 hours), Hourly (non - exempt) position including weekends and some week nights.
Reporting to: Kids Director
