WME is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to support the transformation of our Product & Engineering organization. This team member will be supporting all facets of the WME Group business within North America.You should be a strategic, thoughtful, and savvy program management professional with a background in leading large-scale technology transformations and a passion for the entertainment industries.You must be detail-oriented, hands-on, possess exceptional relationship-building skills, and enjoy working in a highly iterative, agile, and fast-paced environment. Must be flexible and able to move quickly from one subject to another.The role will report to WME’s SVP, Product & Engineering.
Within a year, the Principal Technical Program Manager will have unified WME’s product and engineering operations under a consistent Agile delivery model. Teams will operate on a shared cadence with clear planning cycles, standardized workflows, and transparent reporting. Leadership will have real-time visibility into progress and outcomes, and programs will ship faster, with greater predictability and impact across the business.
Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum:
$152,749 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)
Hiring Rate Maximum:
$203,665 annually
