As a Trek Production Technician, you'll be responsible for performing a high volume of bicycle repairs, exceeding 50% of the team's total repairs. This lead technician role demands speed, accuracy, and high-quality workmanship on even the most complex repairs. Strong technical skills are essential, as are excellent communication, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills. You'll work a flexible schedule, have opportunities for increased pay based on performance, and have minimal direct customer interaction. Access to top-of-the-line tools and potential for paid travel to other Trek stores are additional benefits. The role prioritizes maintaining bikes flawlessly and building strong relationships with their owners.

Summary

Job Description

As a Trek Production Technician, no one day is the same as the last. This job is all about keeping bikes running flawlessly and building relationships so their owners love riding them. We are looking for a skilled technician who will complete more than 50% of the total repairs for the team. This Lead Technician role focuses on repairing bikes quickly and consistently, while keeping accuracy and quality a top priority. The team and our customers will be trusting you with the most complex repairs. This role requires elevated technical skills as well as communication, leadership, and problem solving.
