Job Description

The Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the SRE Audit Team and the Compliance Team, ensuring seamless execution of audit cycles and timely evidence delivery. This role requires strong program management, effective stakeholder coordination, and leadership in driving cross-functional initiatives. Key responsibilities include coordinating audit requirements, allocating resources, standardizing evidence, automating reporting, and supporting remediation tracking.

  • Experience in governance, risk, compliance, or audit enablement
Must Have:
  • Act as the single point of contact between Compliance, Audit, and SRE leadership.
  • Coordinate audit requirements, timelines, and evidence commitments with Compliance.
  • Work closely with the Operations Engineering Manager (OEM) to allocate resources and commit delivery timelines.
  • Ensure audit evidence consistency and standardization across the team.
  • Drive automation of evidence generation and reporting.
  • Prepare and publish dashboards and leadership updates.
  • Support remediation tracking in partnership with other SRE HoEs.
  • 8–12 years of program management experience in technology or infrastructure organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs.

About the Role
