About the Role
The Program Manager will act as the primary coordinator between the SRE Audit Team and the Compliance Team, ensuring smooth execution of audit cycles and timely delivery of evidence. This role demands strong program management, stakeholder coordination, and leadership in managing cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact between Compliance, Audit, and SRE leadership.
- Coordinate audit requirements, timelines, and evidence commitments with Compliance.
- Work closely with the Operations Engineering Manager (OEM) to allocate resources and commit delivery timelines.
- Ensure audit evidence consistency and standardization across the team.
- Drive automation of evidence generation and reporting.
- Prepare and publish dashboards and leadership updates.
- Support remediation tracking in partnership with other SRE HoEs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8–12 years of program management experience in technology or infrastructure organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory audits (RBI, NPCI, etc.) preferred.
- Experience in governance, risk, compliance, or audit enablement is a plus.
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs.
