Program Manager - Senior Manager (Personal Loan)

Paytm is seeking a Program Manager - Senior Manager for their Personal Loan division. The role involves ideating and executing initiatives for personal loan disbursals and servicing on the Paytm App. Key responsibilities include managing lender relationships, driving journey solutions, integrating with lender and Paytm product teams, and managing customer acquisition, retention, and top-ups digitally. The position requires end-to-end funnel management, working with Product teams to enhance funnel conversions and user experience through data-backed features, and understanding user behavior to optimize digital penetration. The role also involves planning with internal and external stakeholders for minimal downtimes, leveraging the digital marketing team, and assessing competitor activities and industry trends. A strong background in the lending space (NBFC/Banking) with digital lending experience and expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis is essential. The candidate should be self-reliant, a problem solver, and results-oriented, with an interest in digital lending trends.
