Job Summary

This Project Control/Planner role at AECOM involves managing project schedules, budgets, and progress for multiple upcoming aviation terminal building projects across Pan India. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera or MS Project, preparing and managing project budgets with cost control, conducting variance analysis, identifying and mitigating project risks, and preparing detailed progress reports for stakeholders. Must Have

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control.
  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate regular project review meetings.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards and regulations.
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in project planning and control.
  • Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, and other planning tools.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Certification in Project Planning and Control.

Position Overview

We are hiring for the position of Project Control/Planner for multiple upcoming projects across Pan India. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure the successful delivery of aviation terminal building projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and update risk registers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate regular project review meetings to address issues and updates.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in project planning and control.
  • Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, and other planning tools.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
