Project Management PM - Platform Center

Responsible for project management related to the platform center, including business progress tracking and workflow management maintenance. Develop project plans and schedules, track project progress, identify risks, and drive problem-solving. Promote the implementation and operation of processes, collaborate with R&D and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and achieve project goals. Manage and optimize the team's agile project management processes and tools to improve the team's overall work efficiency from a professional perspective. Establish an efficient and transparent communication mechanism to ensure accurate grasp of project status and information synchronization.
