Job Summary

Growe is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate internal non-technical initiatives, including process launches, cross-functional projects, and operational improvements. The role involves taking ownership of daily operational tasks, driving strategic planning, supporting roadmap execution, and maintaining project visibility to ensure deadlines are met and risks mitigated. The Project Manager will also anticipate delivery challenges, propose solutions, drive alignment through syncs and documentation, and reshape existing processes for efficiency, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Must Have

  • Drive alignment by running syncs, documenting decisions, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring accountability
  • Re-shape existing processes into cleaner, faster, and smarter workflows
  • Support a team environment where collaboration feels natural and direction is always understood

We need your professional experience:

  • 2 years of experience as a VIP Project Manager;
  • Solid experience with the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) for managing and organizing projects;
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to see both the big picture and operational details;
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher (both written and spoken);
  • Nice to have - experience in iGaming or other fast-moving digital industries.
