Project Manager Events (m/f/d)

What you will move with us:

• Take over independent event planning and development for the media brands POLITICO Germany, WELT, and BUSINESS INSIDER Germany.
• Conceive new event formats in cooperation with editorial teams, marketing, and internal event agency – creative, innovative, and journalistically demanding.
• Acquire and support cooperation and sponsoring partners and be the interface to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the content of the events – from topic research to the selection and addressing of relevant speakers.
• Plan and implement invitation processes and event marketing campaigns in print, digital, and social media.
• Document events, create clippings and reports, and derive learnings for future formats.
• Be responsible for budget planning, operational implementation, and control of your projects.

What you bring:

• You have completed studies in business administration, marketing, media, communication or a comparable education.
• You have several years of sound professional experience in event, marketing or media.
• You combine creativity with analytical thinking and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner - even with complex tasks.
• You bring enthusiasm, initiative, and a high degree of commitment.
• You enjoy working in a team, have a quick comprehension, and convince with a constructive and cooperative working style.
• You communicate confidently in German and English – both orally and in writing.
