About your role
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in game development management and feature delivery, capable of efficiently planning and minimizing project risks. The main task is to ensure project completion on time with optimal resource allocation. Key focus areas include risk management, people management, and process optimization.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a dedicated team, including developers, game designers, and QA specialists. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, develop team members, and resolve internal issues.
- Planning new features and tasks, including creating timelines and monitoring their execution. Ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and managing time resources effectively.
- Tracking and managing project constraints in a timely manner, including risk assessment and mitigation (time, personnel, financial risks). Utilize risk analysis tools to prevent project issues.
- Analyzing current processes and developing and implementing new approaches to improve team efficiency.
We hope that you
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in game development or a related industry.
- Experience in task prioritization, planning, and risk assessment.
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience applying them to project and process management.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with the team and stakeholders, clearly articulate tasks and requirements, and maintain transparency in workflows.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to new conditions.
- Understanding of LiveOps, including managing the continuous support and development of live products.
