What is the job like?

• Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and customers throughout the end-to-end execution
• Works with multiple teams to assist with gathering requirements, documentation, and implementation plan and receive signs off from customers upon reaching relevant milestones
• Handle multiple key projects within programs for successful implementation
• Act as a bridge between the customer team and Zeta teams
• Coordinate with other groups including vendors to ensure the success of the project.
• Understand the project scope, and collaborate with all stakeholders during the implementation process
• Engage appropriate resources by escalating issues whenever necessary.

Who should apply?

• 3 to 8 years of total experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience in project management
• Ability to define program milestones, ensure execution and ongoing governance
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of scrum and agile will be a plus
• Ability to build strong relationships and successfully liaise with the customers
• Experience in program management tools, preferably Jira
• Demonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning activities, and delivering programs liaising with TPMs in agile delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy.
