Project Manager Project Management

The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of assigned cluster projects within scope, time and budget. Key responsibilities include developing project charters, coordinating resources, managing day-to-day activities, identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring quality standards, and communicating progress to stakeholders. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, minimum PMD certification, strong project management skills, and excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.

Must Have

• Develop project charters, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate resources and manage day-to-day project activities
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Communicate progress, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders
• Conduct project post-mortems to identify improvement opportunities
• Support other function’s projects as BE OPC representative
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum PMD certified
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in fast moving environment
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects in a multinational environment

Good to Have

• Familiarity with project management software and reporting tools
