Job Description

As a Recruiter at Thatch, you will be a key part of our growing team, helping to build a healthcare system that people love. You will partner closely with hiring managers to identify needs, shape roles, draft job descriptions, source and screen candidates, and guide hiring plans from start to finish. You will also play a key role in finding and engaging diverse candidates who align with our mission and operating principles. You will design and execute recruiting strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and balance multiple high-priority searches.

  • Partner with leaders and hiring managers to define roles and deliver on hiring plans across technical and non-technical positions
  • Design and execute recruiting strategies to engage both passive and active candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Communicate clearly and promptly to keep candidates and teams aligned
  • Balance multiple high-priority searches while contributing to the growth of the recruiting function as Thatch scales
  • 8+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting or related talent/people functions
  • Proven track record of placing top talent and contributing to high-performing teams
  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to provide both quantitative and qualitative insights to hiring managers and leadership
  • Independent, ambitious, and collaborative

About the role

You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to identify needs, shape roles, draft job descriptions, source and screen candidates, and guide hiring plans from start to finish. You’ll also play a key role in finding and engaging diverse candidates who will help advance our mission and align with our operating principles. As we scale, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape and strengthen the recruiting function so it grows with us.

  • 20 minute phone screen to talk through your background and interest in Thatch
  • 30 minute Zoom meeting with the hiring manager to dive deeper into your experience and the role
  • 30 minute Zoom meeting to meet 2-3 members of the team
  • 30 minute Zoom meeting with our founders to discuss your approach to culture and our operating principles
