About Eve Legal:
Eve Legal is one of the fastest companies in history to reach unicorn status—valued at over $1B after our Series B—and we’re just getting started. Our mission is to build the AI operating system for law firms, transforming how legal work gets done. Backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed, we’re growing fast, scaling our team, and shaping the future of legal tech.
We move quickly, hold a high bar for talent, and care deeply about people, impact, and excellence. If you’re looking to join a team where you’ll have outsized ownership, visibility, and the ability to grow fast, this is your opportunity.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator & Operations Specialist who wants to do more than scheduling. This is a career-launching role for someone who loves building systems, improving processes, and delivering world-class candidate experiences—while being at the center of a high-performing, high-growth team.
You’ll own day-to-day recruiting coordination (interviews, scheduling, offers), while also helping to build and refine our recruiting operations engine. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives across Eve, ensuring every candidate touchpoint reflects our values and velocity.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity to grow into People Operations, Talent Programs, or Recruiting Operations as we scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end scheduling for interviews (virtual and onsite), ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every candidate.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to anticipate needs, solve conflicts, and keep interview processes moving with speed and accuracy.
- Manage onsite logistics (candidate greetings, travel, room setup, hospitality) and act as the face of Eve for visiting candidates.
- Draft and send offer letters and NDAs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain accuracy and organization within our ATS and recruiting tools (Lever, Gem, etc.).
- Track key metrics (time-to-schedule, interview-to-offer ratio, candidate experience feedback) and surface insights for process improvements.
- Support recruiting data reporting and help refine dashboards for leadership visibility.
- Identify and implement small operational improvements that have big impact on efficiency and candidate experience.
- Partner with the People team on cross-functional projects, including onboarding, headcount planning, and talent reporting.
- Support company-wide initiatives such as hiring program rollouts, referral campaigns, and brand events.
- Take ownership of at least one operational initiative within your first 90 days (e.g., interview training materials, scheduling automation, or data audits).
What You’ll Bring:
- 2–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or administrative roles in a high-growth environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a bias for action and precision under pressure.
- Strong communication skills—able to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and executives alike.
- Comfort with data tracking and reporting (Google Sheets, Excel, or ATS dashboards).
- A proactive, builder’s mindset—you don’t just follow the process; you improve it.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
