Scripps Networks is seeking a Regional Digital Sales Manager for a remote West Coast position. This role involves driving digital advertising revenue across multiple markets, developing and executing local digital sales strategies, and leading high-performing sales teams. The manager will collaborate with other departments, interpret market research, forecast results, and ensure successful campaign execution, while also fostering team development and growth.

  • Provide input to local leadership regarding market conditions.
  • Ensure successful execution of each campaign.
  • Generally 8+ years of experience in related field.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance.

Scripps Networks is seeking a dynamic Digital Sales Manager who will drive revenue growth for our full array of digital advertising solutions. This remote position is based in the West Coast region and offers the opportunity to work with diverse markets while building and leading high-performing sales teams from the comfort of your home office.

Candidates located in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah will be prioritized.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Collaborate with DOS and other sales managers and departments to accomplish the objectives of each assigned station.
  • Full responsibility for digital revenue, including establishing and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual digital sales goals.
  • Develop and execute local digital sales strategy and revenue plan.
  • Make business decisions regarding the profitability of the sales organization as well as specific sales proposals and offerings.
  • Serve as the local digital product, process, and sales strategy expert.
  • Collaborate with the sales managers to train, develop and motivate the local sales team so that revenue goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate with the sales managers to foster career growth and development of the local sales team so that a pipeline of talent for future Scripps sales management openings is ready.
  • Interpret and utilize market and advertiser research to develop solutions, marketing materials, and presentations.
  • Establish and monitor key pacing metrics and conduct frequent pipeline review to effectively forecast results.
  • Develop, recommend and execute actions to gain market share.
  • Provide input to local leadership regarding market conditions, competition, and effectiveness of the digital sales plan.
  • Ensure successful execution of each campaign.
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • BS/BA in related discipline preferred or equivalent years of experience
  • Generally 8+ years of experience in related field preferred
  • Prior managerial experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to provide proof of insurance with the company required insurance limits
