Job Summary
This role involves resolving critical product issues for channel partners through online support and site visits. Responsibilities include providing detailed technical reports, conducting training sessions for technical teams, developing new technical personnel, and assisting with modification and repair processes. The position also requires tracking, analyzing, and sharing product failure and performance feedback to ensure timely complaint resolution and continuous product improvement.
Must Have
- Resolve critical product issues at CP through online system support and visit.
- Provide detailed technical report in case of resolution / non-resolution of complaint.
- Conduct special training session & meet of DETs periodically.
- Identify requirement and develop new DET at channel partner.
- Develop technical skill set of DET and technical manpower.
- Train and assist technical team on modification, repair processes & all technical literature.
- Track, Analyze & share product failures & performance feedback.
Job Description

In order to ensure timely product complaint resolution & feed back to S& TS.Conduct special training session & meet of DETs periodically.
