Job Description

Saxo Bank Securities Co., Ltd. is seeking a Relationship Manager to expand its retail business in Japan. The role involves managing existing VIP clients, increasing assets under management and revenue, and acquiring new VIP clients through referrals. As a Relationship Manager, you will support individual and corporate clients in successful asset management and risk hedging through Saxo's services, providing market insights and effective strategies for foreign exchange, stocks, and bonds.
Good To Have:
  • Obtained Securities Sales Representative Qualification Exam Level 1 or 2.
  • Sales experience at a securities company or IFA firm.

  • Experience with or knowledge of US stocks and US stock options trading.
Must Have:

  • Educate new clients for independent trading on platforms.
  • Conduct regular account reviews with clients and stakeholders.

  • Hold a university degree or higher.
  • Possess 5+ years of financial industry experience.
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Recruitment Background

To successfully expand our retail business in Japan, the Sales Department is recruiting a Relationship Manager to handle VIP clients. Upon hiring, you will be responsible for maintaining existing VIP clients, expanding assets under management and revenue, and acquiring new VIP clients through referrals.

Job Details

As a Relationship Manager, you will support individual and corporate clients in successful asset management and risk hedging through our services. You will be the sales representative for clients with large assets under management or high trading volumes, supporting the expansion of their managed assets and risk management by providing explanations of foreign exchange, stock, and bond markets, and introducing effective asset management and risk hedging methods.

  • Manage assigned client portfolios based on perspectives such as growth/maintenance, improvement, and reactivation.
  • Participate in client events and organize client educational seminars/webinars.
  • Notify clients about new product releases and account changes (e.g., margin increases, system changes).
  • Support clients through market engagement, trading, and risk strategy execution assistance.
  • Provide knowledge to new clients and support them to trade independently on various platforms.
  • Conduct regular account reviews with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as instructed by the company, utilizing your qualifications and experience as a Relationship Manager.

Required (MUST)

  • University degree or higher and 5+ years of financial related practical experience.
