Job Summary
The Senior Resource Manager at Saxo Bank is responsible for optimizing resource allocation across 10 global client journeys. This role involves analytical oversight, coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure transparency and informed decision-making, primarily using Monday.com. Key responsibilities include maintaining a consolidated view of cross-journey projects, monitoring dependencies, and supporting governance processes to drive efficiency and strategic alignment within the Group Client Journey organization.

- Support development and maintenance of resource management frameworks and allocation models
- Track and report on resource utilization, capacity planning, and portfolio KPIs
- Act as a key point of contact for resource-related inquiries across journeys and functions
- Coordinate data collection from journey teams and program and project managers
- Facilitate resource review meetings and portfolio alignment sessions
- Ensure timely follow-up on resource requests, escalations, and allocation decisions
- Maintain governance documentation and reporting tools (ServiceNow and Monday.com)
- Contribute to the establishment of Monday.com as the “one source of truth” tool

The Role
The Senior Resource Manager plays a critical role in ensuring optimal resource allocation and alignment across our 10 global client journeys. This position combines analytical oversight, coordination, and stakeholder engagement to provide transparency and enable informed decision-making, everything captured and monitored in Monday.com. The role maintains a consolidated view of cross-journey projects, monitors dependencies, and supports governance processes to drive efficiency and strategic alignment.
Strategic Support
- Contribute to resource planning and cross-journey prioritization discussions.
- Own, maintain and update the Cross-Journey Project Overview in Monday.com, ensuring visibility of initiatives, dependencies, and resource impacts.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership forums and governance meetings.
- Support development and maintenance of resource management frameworks and allocation models.
- Track and report on resource utilization, capacity planning, and portfolio KPIs.
- Act as a key point of contact for resource-related inquiries across journeys and functions.
- Draft internal communications and updates for senior stakeholders on resource and portfolio status.
Operational Support
- Coordinate data collection from journey teams and program and project managers to maintain accurate resource and project information.
- Facilitate resource review meetings and portfolio alignment sessions.
- Ensure timely follow-up on resource requests, escalations, and allocation decisions.
- Maintain governance documentation and reporting tools (ServiceNow and Monday.com).
- Contribute to the establishment of Monday.com as the “one source of truth” tool in the Group Client Journey organization
