[REMOTE] Data Scientist

CrazyGames.com - one of the world’s largest browser games platforms - is looking for a remote Data Scientist. You will be working in a small fully remote company, together with the Head of Data and the Head of Product, where you will bring our Machine Learning models to the next level.  CrazyGames is already used by more than 3 million users per day, providing us with a wide audience that gets to use your work every day.

Key outcomes for the role:

• Within 1 month, you have a good understanding of the data pipeline, the existing models, and have devised a plan of actions for potential improvements

• Within 3 months, you have improved one recommendation use case on our platform with a measurable platform-wide user engagement uplift of 1%

• Within 6 months, you have put in production at least one new recommendation use case with a measurable platform-wide user engagement uplift of 3%

• Within 12 months, you have successfully applied data science solutions in multiple places to improve the user experience, with a measurable platform-wide user engagement uplift of 5%

• You have working experience as a Data Scientist. Bonus points if you have worked on recommendation systems.

• You have knowledge or experience with the most common Machine Learning techniques and algorithms.

• You can train and implement Machine Learning models and improve existing ones.

• You have experience interpreting analytics data to drive design choices.

• You are intelligent, efficient, and organized. You have an attention to detail.

• You like open, efficient, and to-the-point communication and you have experience in working remotely.
