Job Description

Responsible for creating and managing sales enablement content, working with business units, marketing, and sales teams. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Global Distribution. Key responsibilities include NPI planning, marketing budget management, developer engagement, marketing calendar operationalization, KPI establishment, content creation, go-to-market strategy collaboration, website upkeep, event organization, newsletter creation, presentation management, and social media/PR amplification.
Good To Have:

  • Extensive semiconductor electronics experience.
  • Good understanding of Developers and Ecosystem.

  • Proficiency in use of Powerpoint.
  • Acumen to create slideware.
Must Have:
  • Responsible for creating and managing sales enablement content.
  • Work with business units, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Report directly to the Vice President of Global Distribution.
  • Work closely with business units on roadmap understanding and planning for new product introductions (NPI) in the distribution channel globally.
  • Complete NPI checklists with concerned departments and close gaps for effective product launches in distribution globally.
  • Work with Region Disti team and Global Marketing team to come up with Marketing Budget and monitor it.
  • Responsible for Developer engagement and results.
  • Responsible for creating and operationalizing the Marketing Calendar.
  • Establish KPIs and ensure ROI for the marketing spends.
  • Create messaging, marcom campaigns, and collateral with business units, MARCOM, and concerned teams for effective product launches in distribution.
  • Collaborate with the Global Distribution team on go-to-market strategies for new products to be released to regional distribution teams.
  • Ensure distribution partners (online and offline) websites are current and accurate.
  • Work with distribution partners to host new product campaigns and collaterals on distribution websites.
  • Work with online distribution partners to host promotional programs for new products.
  • Work with the Operations team on stocking packages for EVK and samples.
  • Organize and conduct Global Disti Day, Developer Meets and Region Disti Meets.
  • Create internal and external newsletters, updating the progress on distribution activities.
  • Manage and create presentations and materials for internal and external events/meetings for Disti team.
  • Achieve proficiency in using internal sales tools (CRM, social media, and other engagement platforms) to remain organized, optimize partner interactions, and routinely report on key performance metrics.
  • Drive Social-media amplification for the Global Disti team and Disti business.
  • Drive PR activities for Disti business.
  • Bachelor's or MBA in Marketing.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or MBA in Marketing
