Nasdaq is seeking a sales manager for IPO listings. This position is responsible for the execution of the sales strategy for IPOs and relationship management with a focus on the Swedish market.
The sales manager for IPO listing will take part in developing the market's strategic plan, forming relationships with private companies across sectors, creating offering packages and sales materials, and guiding and supporting companies throughout their listing journey.
The Nasdaq European Listings team is responsible for companies on their way to be listed on the exchange and the listed companies on our Nordic and Baltic Markets, both on Nasdaq First North Growth Market and the Main Market. This entails engaging with companies, investors, owners, and advisors to ensure we position our listings offering in the best possible way. Beyond the listing's activity, there is a consistent roadmap of business development to further develop and enhance our offering.
The role is a team member of the Swedish Sales team. The team consists of IPO Sales managers, account managers, and sales support. We also work closely with our Marketing, Communications, Surveillance and Revenue Operations teams, as well as other adjacent business units.
