Must Have:
  • Practical experience (3+ years) in business planning, project planning, sales planning, or marketing strategy formulation at a business company.
  • Understanding of the B2B market and sales structure.
  • Experience in consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises, business improvement support, and marketing strategy design.
  • Experience in data analysis and decision-making support using AI tools.
  • Practical experience in AI-based simulation and effect prediction for KPI design and measure evaluation.
  • Daily business use experience with SQL and Python.

Specific Job Responsibilities

  • Sales department budget/actual management (sales target setting, performance progress management)
  • Formulation and promotion of strategies/measures to achieve sales targets
  • Sales department cost management

Working Hours

  • Super Flex System (no core time)
  • Principle: 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM (7 hours 45 minutes actual work + 1 hour break)
