Specific Job Responsibilities
- Sales department budget/actual management (sales target setting, performance progress management)
- Formulation and promotion of strategies/measures to achieve sales targets
- Sales department cost management
- Formulation of investment criteria for sales promotion expenses to maximize sales/profit (LTV, ROI, etc.) and operational management

Required Experience/Skills
- Practical experience in business planning, project planning, sales planning, or marketing strategy formulation at a business company (guideline: 3 years or more)
- Understanding of B2B market and sales structure
- Experience in consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises, business improvement support, marketing strategy design
- Experience in data analysis and decision-making support using AI tools
- Practical experience in AI-based simulation and effect prediction for KPI design and measure evaluation
- Daily business use experience with SQL, Python
Desirable Experience/Skills
- Skills in business application of generative AI and machine learning tools
- Understanding of AI prompt engineering (Prompt Engineering)
- Experience in business design and automation projects using AI
- Experience in promoting AI adoption and knowledge sharing within a team
