Introduction to the Marketing Division
The mission is to define PayPay's core values and deliver them to users (general consumers/merchants) through appropriate methods and media, thereby maximizing PayPay's business. The division is comprised of members with a strong passion for FinTech business and marketing operations.
Introduction to the Team (where this position is assigned)
This team is part of the Marketing Strategy Department and currently consists of 6 members. Its mission is to formulate marketing strategies that achieve continuous business growth by correctly understanding the current environment, utilizing PayPay's abundant data analysis, user research, and competitor analysis. In addition to formulating and promoting strategies, a new mission has been defined: to improve productivity and efficiency across the entire marketing organization, and to formulate and promote strategies from an operational perspective. This organization and team offer a highly rewarding experience, as you will be involved in the upstream processes of user marketing strategy formulation and business plan development at PayPay.

Background of the Recruitment
The business processes and tools/technologies built since the company's founding in 2018 have been in use for over 6 years. At this time, we aim to re-examine the current marketing operations and further improve productivity and efficiency. We want to re-evaluate marketing activities, organize the relationships between tasks, prioritize them, and implement optimal solutions. Specific Job Duties
- Promote process improvement and efficiency in marketing operations.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation tools.
- Manage customer databases and optimize segmentation.

Required Experience/Skills
- Practical experience in marketing operations or related fields (3 years or more).
- Project management experience coordinating across multiple departments.
- Experience in business improvement and promotion utilizing generative AI such as Chat-GPT, Gemini.
- Experience using marketing automation tools (e.g., Repro, KARTE, Pardot).
- Experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Dataiku).
- Experience in selecting/introducing various tools and technologies related to marketing activities.
Desirable Experience/Skills
- Experience extracting and processing databases using SQL (e.g., BigQuery).
- Experience in statistical analysis and data analysis using programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Basic knowledge and practical experience in data governance and digital marketing.
- Knowledge and practical experience in ETL processes for large-scale data.
- Experience in CDP operation and construction.
- Experience in implementing and operating RPA (e.g., UiPath) and automation tools.

- Super Flex System (no core time)
- Principle: 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM (7 hours 45 minutes actual work + 1 hour break)

- Annual paid leave (14 days in the first year, prorated by joining month, usable from joining date).
