Job Summary
PayPay, a fintech company with over 70 million users in about 7 years, is seeking a Global Alliance and Business Promotion professional. This role is crucial for evolving PayPay from a payment app into a financial super app, driving strategic partnerships with global companies, and leading international strategy and business promotion to create future financial services for over 70 million users.
Must Have
- Experience in planning and promoting alliance strategies with global companies
- Experience in business promotion and project management
- Communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Business English proficiency (TOEIC 800+), with experience in English negotiations with global companies
Good to Have
- Experience in negotiating partnerships with overseas companies

About the Job
Introduction to PayPay Financial Strategy Division
This team is responsible for strategic planning and execution to evolve PayPay from a payment app into a financial super app, aiming to achieve the company-wide mission of making PayPay the No. 1 Fintech company. The team's goal is to evolve into a new smartphone-centric financial super app, where everything related to money can be realized around PayPay, not just "paying" with PayPay.
Organizational structure: Composed of about 70 members ranging from late 20s to late 40s.

- Hybrid Workstyle (remote work at office, home, or satellite office)

Working Hours
- Super flex-time system (no core time)
- Principle: 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM (7 hours 45 minutes actual work + 1 hour break)
Holidays
- Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and company-designated days
Leave (Statutory Leave and Company Benefits)
- Annual paid leave (14 days in the first year, prorated by joining month. Usable from joining date)
- Personal leave (5 days granted annually / 3 or 5 days granted in the first year depending on joining month)

Salary
- Annual salary system (includes a portion of fixed overtime pay)
- Determined according to company regulations based on experience, skills, performance, and contribution
- Reviewed once a year
