The mission is to define PayPay's core values and deliver them to users (general consumers/merchants) through appropriate methods and media, thereby maximizing PayPay's business. It brings together members with a strong passion for FinTech business and marketing operations.
This department is responsible for marketing planning areas that promote standalone use and cross-use of financial businesses (banking/securities/insurance in general and some card businesses), as well as overall marketing activities related to bank connections and charge cost optimization.
PayPay is launching various new services to make its financial business a pillar of its operations alongside payments. This recruitment is an addition to expand the financial marketing organization to further accelerate the launch and expansion of these services.
The financial sector is a new business area, with many business launches proceeding in parallel. We believe it is crucial to conduct preliminary research and marketing plan formulation, inspect UI/UX before market launch, and rapidly refine after market launch by observing numerical data and user reactions. We are looking for individuals who can quickly cycle through these processes.
Currently, PayPay is focusing on various marketing activities to further strengthen synergy effects with its financial group companies, including subsidiaries PayPay Bank, PayPay Securities, PayPay Card, and PayPay Insurance. You will be responsible for planning and implementing user approaches to enable PayPay to evolve from just a payment function to a financial platform, and for promoting overall marketing activities from designing customer journeys to designing promotions. You will collaborate with group companies in the financial business to implement everything from strategy formulation to the establishment of new services and functions.
