▼Introduction to the Sales Strategy Division
PayPay's Sales Strategy Division has the mission of "maximizing PayPay's corporate value by guiding sales to achieve business goals with merchants," and plays a hub function that optimally connects business and sales.
▼Background of Recruitment
With rapid business growth, PayPay is constantly evolving its service specifications and developing new solutions. In line with this, updating the sales domain is essential, and we have positioned the advancement of sales through AI and strengthening digital touchpoints with merchants as important themes, promoting system development and business implementation projects.
To further accelerate these projects and strongly promote future in-house development, we aim to strengthen our organization. We are looking for colleagues who will challenge various initiatives with us and create the future of PayPay's sales together.
▼Introduction to the Department
The CRM Planning Department, where this position is assigned, has the mission of supporting the advancement of the sales division and accelerating business growth through AI utilization, promotion of data-driven sales, and UI/UX design. It plays a highly important role in driving overall cross-company AI utilization projects as a PM or PMO.
We are promoting CRM/SFA related projects, mainly in the following areas, from the standpoint of PM or PMO:
① Sales advancement through AI x data-driven sales promotion for enterprise sales
② Construction of B2B digital sales infrastructure and advancement of merchant experience
③ Realization of a command center through SMB field sales x digital
【Specific Job Responsibilities】
You will be broadly responsible for everything from strategy formulation to project management for AI-driven sales advancement.
