The Sales Strategic Accounts Coordinator will play a pivotal role in optimizing the success of our sales leadership across the world. This position will combine administrative excellence and operational support. The successful candidate is a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who will collaborate closely with the VPs of Sales, ensuring seamless operations, efficient processes, and effective communication. Responsibilities include sales cycle management, scheduling, communication, reporting, and process improvement.
Must Have
- Ensure all required steps and events are scheduled and completed on time.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings related to the sales process.
- Monitor and track progress through each stage of the sales cycle.
- Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups between sales representatives, management, and internal stakeholders.
- Send reminders and confirmations to ensure attendance and preparedness.
- Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of action items.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and milestones in CRM or other tracking systems.
- Generate regular reports on sales cycle progress, bottlenecks, and completed actions.
- Identify inefficiencies in the sales cycle and suggest improvements.
- Help implement best practices for smoother coordination and tracking.

Responsibilities:
- Sales Cycle Management:
- Ensure all required steps and events (e.g., prep calls, internal calls, follow-ups, etc.) are scheduled and completed on time.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings related to the sales process.
- Monitor and track progress through each stage of the sales cycle.
- Scheduling & Coordination:
- Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups between sales representatives, management, and internal stakeholders.
- Send reminders and confirmations to ensure attendance and preparedness.
- Communication & Follow-Up:

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
