Job Description

You will be responsible for leading client relationships and coordinating end-to-end digital campaigns, ensuring impeccable execution, KPI achievement, and strategic value delivery. You will act as a bridge between the client and internal teams (creative, media, data, etc.) to achieve integrated solutions and measurable results. Key responsibilities include being the main client contact, leading multi-channel digital campaign strategy and execution, developing proposals, supervising implementation, coordinating deliverables, analyzing results, detecting growth opportunities, and managing budgets and project schedules.

Must Have:
  • Be the main point of contact between the client and internal teams.
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns (Social Media, Programmatic, Display, SEM, etc.).
  • Develop and present strategic and tactical proposals to the client.
  • Supervise campaign implementation, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and KPI achievement.
  • Coordinate deliverables between creative, media, and data teams.
  • Analyze results and generate reports with actionable insights.
  • Detect opportunities for improvement or growth for the client.
  • Manage budgets, project scheduling, and operational control of accounts.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital advertising or media agencies.
  • Solid knowledge in platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, DV360, Tiktok Ads.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic focus and results orientation.
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and client handling skills.
