Job Description
Senior Art Director responsible for creative design for a luxury automotive brand's social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu). Responsibilities include creating visually appealing content such as long-form WeChat articles and creative posters. The role involves interpreting client needs, leading brainstorming sessions, defining core strategies and creative concepts, and presenting design ideas effectively. Participation in proposals and pitch presentations may also be required. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, project management capabilities, and excellent teamwork skills. Experience with social media marketing strategies and a solid understanding of new media creative requirements is essential.

职位要求
1. 5-8年公关或广告行业设计相关经验，良好的审美sense，长期汽车客户服务经验，豪华品牌尤佳；有社交媒体创意工作经历者优先；
2.具备优秀的艺术构思能力和设计技巧，在创意方面可以独当一面；
3.良好的项目整体设计管理、进度与质量控制能力；
4.优秀的团队合作能力
5.熟悉传播和互动策略，熟悉新媒体的创意需求；
6.熟练使用PS、AI等设计软件，有手绘能力加分项；
7.具有基础英文读写能力，英文好最佳。
