Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the business head in formulating business development strategies based on the publishing strategic layout, and provide support for industry and category product development strategies;

2. Responsible for the budget and resource management of department products, including formulating resource allocation standards, establishing various sub-scenario budget management mechanisms, managing budget usage and effect data, and optimizing resource utilization efficiency;

3. Responsible for coordinating and organizing internal and external resources to ensure that project team stakeholders work collaboratively and with consistent goals.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of experience in project management, strategic analysis, or financial management in the gaming/internet industry, CMA certificate in management accounting preferred;

2. Possess good information integration ability, data analysis ability, and text presentation ability, proficient in office software such as PowerPoint and Excel;

3. Possess excellent communication and promotion skills, results-oriented, strong self-drive, able to collaborate smoothly with cross-departmental and cross-company teams to achieve business goals;

4. Love games, working level English, overseas study and international project experience preferred.
