Job Summary
We are looking to expand a Front Office (FO) commodities team that deals with FO and risk stakeholders. The focus is currently on post-trade activities, but the client is expanding the scope to pre-trade. The ideal candidate should have experience as an ex-trader or ex-dealer, a Quant, or a seasoned FO analyst with strong interpersonal skills. This role is for an international client with branches in America, Europe, and Asia. Responsibilities include project management, coordinating and gathering requirements with FO, RISK, and technical teams, defining trade capture, implementing and maintaining pre-trade validation rules, managing market data for pre-trade analysis, setting up risk parameters, overseeing the trade lifecycle (settlement, confirmation, reconciliation), ensuring accurate post-trade processing, and configuring reports for regulatory compliance and internal analysis.

Responsibilities
Project management:

Pre-Trade Responsibilities:
-Trade Capture definition
-Pre-Trade Rules: Implementing and maintaining pre-trade validation rules to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
-Market Data Management: Managing and validating market data required for pre-trade analysis.
Risk Management: Setting up risk parameters and ensuring trades comply with risk limits.
Post-Trade Responsibilities:
-Trade Lifecycle definition: Overseeing the entire lifecycle of trades, including settlement, confirmation, and reconciliation.
Post-Trade Processing: Ensuring accurate and efficient post-trade processing, including clearing and settlement.
Reporting: Configuring and generating reports for regulatory compliance and internal analysis.
