Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage collaborations with major overseas social platforms such as Twitch and Discord, coordinating with internal and external partners to develop tailored operational and promotional plans aligned with platform characteristics to achieve game growth targets.
2. Develop ecosystem strategies for overseas third-party platforms, including but not limited to platform operation management, channel operations, and cooperative advertising.
3. Develop community operation strategies for social platforms based on key milestones of the game, with the ability to plan and execute community content, monitor operational effectiveness, analyze and optimize event data to enhance the game's brand influence and user engagement.
4. Establish a content creator ecosystem for the game, devise effective mechanisms to incentivize and select creators, and continuously guide them to produce high-quality content.
1. Over 5 years of experience in large-scale global AAA game community management, publishing, and strategic planning.
2. Familiarity with platforms such as Twitch and Discord, able to leverage platforms to enhance user engagement while considering game and platform characteristics.
3. Rich experience in internal and external vendor/platform and player communication, capable of quickly coordinating multiple resources for collaborative efforts. 4. Thorough understanding of mechanisms and user demographics of mainstream social media and platforms, with previous experience in Twitch, Discord, and other platform collaborations.
5. Proficient in English, with a deep understanding of overseas markets, particularly the North American market.
6. Passion for gaming with extensive experience in console and mobile gaming.
