Intro

As the Community Manager for Krunker, you will serve as the vital link between our passionate player base and our development team. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in building the FRVR AI community into a vibrant, engaged, and positive environment across multiple platforms. In Krunker, your primary mission will be to revitalize the Krunker Community, guiding it back to its peak activity levels. One of our core objectives is to grow Krunker through community engagement, making it transparent, trustworthy, and mature. This role demands a high level of professionalism, as you will manage over 200K engaged users and moderators on our Discord Channel. More broadly, you will be responsible for gathering player feedback, moderating discussions, organizing events, and creating content to keep the community informed and excited.

Challenges & Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Oversee and moderate the Krunker (main responsibility) and FRVR AI Creator communities (secondary responsibility) across various platforms (e.g., Discord, Reddit, Twitch, social media).
• Feedback Relay: Serve as the primary liaison between players, the development team, and moderators.
  • Manage moderators to ensure comprehensive community coverage.
• Engagement Strategies: Develop and implement community engagement strategies, including events, contests, and content creation.
• Sentiment Monitoring: Monitor community sentiment by understanding players’ needs and concerns.
• Content Creation: Generate and curate content that fosters engagement and educates the community.
• Leadership Development: Identify and nurture community leaders and influencers, establishing structures and plans to support them.
• Innovation: Devise new methods to enhance community interaction and engagement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with game development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure community initiatives align with overall company goals.
• Player Safety: Implement and oversee online safety measures to maintain a healthy community environment.
• Content Creator Collaboration: Work with content creators and streamers to promote the game and drive community growth.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience: Proven experience in gaming community management, preferably multiplayer, FPS Games with vast infrastructure
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Conflict Resolution: Ability to descalate and conflict resolution.
• Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with community management tools and platforms (e.g., Discord, Reddit, Twitch, social media).
• Passion for Gaming: Passion for games and a deep understanding of gaming communities.
• Positive Environment Commitment: Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive community environment.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and analyze player feedback effectively.
• Collaboration: Experience working with content creators and streamers.
• Graphic Design experience (Canva, Photoshop) & video editing skills.
