This role involves designing and refining character skins for Asian players and producing commercial content (characters, skins, weapons, mounts) for global players. Responsibilities include producing high-quality character concept art and coordinating with external artists to ensure quality. The team is part of TiMi Studios, Tencent Games, which focuses on developing games for global audiences. The studio has a wide range of games, including "Honor of Kings", "QQ Speed", and "Call of Duty: Mobile".
Must have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in character design
- Expert in American realistic cartoon character design
- Good artistic and drawing skills
- Proficient in PS and SAI
- Strong sense of responsibility and passion

岗位职责
1. 制作面向亚洲区玩家的角色皮肤设计/细化；
2. 制作面向全球玩家的商业化内容制作（角色/皮肤/枪械/坐骑等）；
3. 负责项目高品质角色原画输出表现；
4. 负责协同外部画师跟进工作，把控品质。
岗位要求
1. 角色设计从业经历5年以上，有成熟的商业化设计作品；
2. 擅长美式写实卡通的角色概念，具备丰富的想象力及清晰表达能力；
3. 具备良好的艺术修养及美术基础，对角色造型、服装设计有良好的把控力；
4. 热爱角色设计工作，责任心强,勤恳踏实,工作充满激情,勇于接受挑战,能承受一定的工作压力，能适应项目推进速度,团队内的融洽沟通，高效率地完成任务；
5. 熟练运用PS,SAI等绘图软件。
