Job Description
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Internal Communications, Events & Culture, as part of the Leadership, Culture and Performance team to build that connective tissue - shaping how the company shows up for its people, how we tell our story from the inside out, and how we keep our culture strong as we scale.
You’ll own the moments that matter: all-hands, offsites, launch days, culture rituals, and the stories that tie it all together. You’ll help every team member feel informed, inspired, and part of something meaningful. This role sits in the People team and partners closely with leaders across the company — from engineering to go-to-market — to keep our internal voice authentic and aligned with who we are
What You’ll Do
Culture Activation
- Design and run the company-wide moments that shape our culture — from offsites and hack weeks to milestone celebrations.
- Partner with leaders to make our values real across hybrid and global teams.
- Build scalable frameworks for culture as we grow from startup to global company — without losing our edge.
Internal Communications
- Own the company’s internal comms rhythm — All Hands, Town Halls, QBRs, newsletters, and more.
- Craft messages that connect people to our strategy, leadership, and progress in a clear, human way.
- Keep everyone on the same page without the corporate fluff.
Brand & Talent Storytelling
- Launch and produce the company Podcast, highlighting the people, tech, and ideas driving our innovation.
- Partner with Talent and Marketing to bring our internal stories into the world — showing why the company is one of the most exciting places to build right now.
Community & Belonging
- Create connection points that bring people together across teams and time zones — from coffee chats to culture days.
- Help new hires feel part of “One Company” from day one.
- Support employee-led clubs, interest groups, and moments of fun that make work feel less like work.
Who You Are
- 7+ years of experience in internal comms, events, or employee experience — ideally in a fast-scaling or global tech environment.
- A natural storyteller who can make complex things simple (and actually interesting).
- You know how to design experiences that connect people, not just communicate information.
- Comfortable wearing a lot of hats — writer, producer, event designer, culture builder.
- You move fast, stay scrappy, and have great instincts for what makes people feel connected.
About us
At the company, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace. We believe that a variety of perspectives enriches our work environment, and we encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities. We strongly encourage applications from people of colour, the LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, neurodivergent people, parents, carers, and people from lower socio-economic backgrounds. If there’s anything we can do to accommodate your specific situation, please let us know.
