The Infrastructure Engineering group is at the heart of everything we do — powering platforms that serve billions of data-driven interactions every day. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, System Administration, to lead the modernization of our global infrastructure operations, spanning 15,000+ on-premises servers and a rapidly expanding multi-cloud ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll shape the next generation of our infrastructure strategy. You’ll build high-performing teams, drive automation at scale, and deliver a seamless, reliable experience for our global business partners. Your leadership will help the company run faster, smarter, and more securely — enabling innovation across every client solution we deliver.

What You’ll Achieve

• Lead a global Windows and Linux operations team responsible for high-volume, mission-critical infrastructure.
• Champion an automation-first mindset that reduces manual effort, improves uptime, and accelerates delivery.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Security, and Engineering teams to evolve our hybrid environment into a modern, self-healing ecosystem.
• Introduce AI-driven observability, orchestration, and incident-response capabilities that elevate reliability and speed.
• Create a culture of operational excellence — blending technical depth with accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

• What You’ll Bring with You
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in infrastructure operations, including 3+ years leading global or cross-functional teams.
• Proven success managing enterprise-scale hybrid environments across data centers and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform) and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management frameworks with focus on SLA adherence.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus, or New Relic.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging engineers, executives, and customers alike.
• A leader who thrives on solving complex challenges, simplifying operations, and developing high-impact teams.
• Why You Might Stand Out from Other Talent
• Certifications in ITIL, AWS/GCP, Red Hat, or Windows Administration.
• Experience with Kubernetes, containerized workloads, and hybrid cloud orchestration.
• A track record of leading customer-facing operations or modernization initiatives that delivered measurable impact.
