Job Description

Miniclip is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to collaborate with stakeholders, driving recruitment, development, engagement, and progression of employees. This role involves building strong relationships with leaders, evolving employment practices with the HR team, identifying trends, and providing strategic and operational HR advice. The ideal candidate will have experience, passion, and an analytical mindset, partnering with the People team and Senior Leaders to enhance the employee experience through data and insights, contributing to Miniclip's growth and success.
Must Have:
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with nominated leaders and managers.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to continually review and evolve employment practices.
  • Use knowledge of business areas to identify themes, trends, and suggest HR interventions.
  • Work with line managers to create a consistent employment experience matching the Employer Brand.
  • Provide trusted strategic and operational advice on HR matters to assigned business areas.
  • Possess experience, passion, and an analytical mindset.
  • Partner with People team colleagues and Senior Leaders to push forward employee experience using data and insights.

What will you be doing at Miniclip?

As you’d expect from a key People Business Partner role, this person will work collaboratively and creatively with stakeholders across the business to drive the recruitment, development, engagement, and progression of Miniclippers, helping our people thrive and contribute to Miniclip’s growth and success. This includes:

  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with your nominated leaders and managers.
  • Collaborating with the wider HR team to continually review and evolve our employment practice to ensure that the employment experience lives up to our aspirations
  • Using your knowledge of the business areas assigned to this role to identify themes, trends and potential issues early and to suggest HR interventions to address these.
  • Working with line managers to create and sustain an employment experience that genuinely matches the rhetoric of the recruitment process and is consistent with the Employer Brand.
  • Providing trusted strategic and operational advice to your assigned business areas on HR matters.
