Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in Sourcing/ Procurement
  • Fluent spoken & written English
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • High team-work spirit, honest, stable, reliable, can work independently and self-motivated
Good to have:
  • Advanced degree
  • SAP experience

Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct sourcing activities according to China Sourcing Center strategy, supply goods to affiliates for cost saving and sales growth global wide.
2. Coordinate and communicate with affiliates and suppliers on export, goods receiving and claims.
3. Initiate supplier bidding for key material items on Raindrop platform.
4. Handle Procurement to Pay process in SAP on order basis
5. Manage supplier performance, evaluate supplier performance annually. Handle suppliers' non-conformances and operational issues proactively through collaboration with cross functional teams and suppliers.
6. Analyze procurement data, purchase reports, vendor & material master data preparation and provide data support as requested.
7. Support inquiry from regulatory and internal departments.
8. Initiate and participate in sourcing and procurement projects, especially cost reduction and supplier improvement initiatives. Involved in new product development projects as per request.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. 5+ years experiences in Sourcing/ Procurement
3. Fluent spoken & written English
4. Good communication and negotiation skill
5. High team-work spirit, honest, stable, reliable, can work independently and self motivated.
6. SAP experience is preferred
