As a Senior Product Analyst, your role is crucial to our mission of delivering an outstanding experience to our loyal and engaged readers and advertisers. The analyst will be working with one of our product groups to deliver actionable insights, dashboards and experiments that help Condé Nast achieve its ambitious product OKRs.
The analyst should be entrepreneurial, highly technical and analytically skilled, able and willing to synthesize relevant information to provide guidance for internal stakeholders, influence and communicate effectively, and be an exceptional team player who is proactive, thorough, skeptical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead analytics partner for a key product area, owning measurement frameworks, OKRs, and insights end-to-end.
- Partner with senior product and engineering stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and optimization through data-driven insights.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B/n and multivariate experiments focused on improving user retention, session frequency, and long-term engagement.
- Translate product data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations that influence roadmap and strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards and automated reporting that surface key engagement and loyalty metrics to stakeholders across the organization.
- Integrate and analyze data from diverse sources (BI platforms, data warehouses, raw logs, third-party tools) to provide a unified view of performance.
- Proactively identify and investigate emerging trends, user behaviors, and anomalies that inform strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to defining best practices in product analytics, experimentation, and data quality.
- Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on technical, analytical, and storytelling skills.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, experimentation, or data science roles with proven impact in digital product environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead analytics initiatives and influence senior stakeholders through data storytelling.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience querying large and complex datasets.
- Experience with Python for data exploration and analysis.
- Strong experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools and methodologies.
- Solid understanding of product development processes and key metrics for digital engagement and growth.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics).
- Preferred: Experience with modern AI/BI and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode).
- Preferred: Understanding of analytics engineering concepts, including data modeling and ETL processes.
- Pay Range: $105,000-125,000 USD
