Job Summary

Condé Nast France is seeking a Junior Intern for Heritage Management to oversee photographic archives and magazines. Responsibilities include collecting, sorting, marking, packaging, and entering inventory data into a database. The intern will also provide ad-hoc support for archive tasks such as lending, digitization, and research. This full-time, 6-month internship starts January 12, 2026, and requires a student with a Bac +4/5 in conservation or archiving.

Must Have

  • Collect, sort, mark, and package physical archives
  • Report information into the inventory table
  • Enter information into the database record fields
  • Assist with archive management tasks (lending, digitization, archiving, research)
  • Student in Bac +4/5 preventive conservation, collections management or archivist
  • Native or excellent command of French
  • Organized, meticulous, rigorous, autonomous, patient, motivated, good interpersonal skills

Good to Have

  • Interest in photography, fashion, art and culture

Job Description

As part of the proper management of the photographic archives and magazines, Condé Nast France Publications is looking for an intern whose missions will be:

Inventory of photographs and magazines:

  • collection
  • sorting
  • marking
  • packaging of physical archives
  • reporting information in the inventory table

Enrichment of the database by entering information into the record fields

Occasional assistance with other archive management tasks

  • lending
  • digitization
  • archiving
  • research assistance

Profile sought:

  • Student in Bac +4/5 preventive conservation, collections management or archivist
  • French: native language or excellent command
  • Organized
  • Meticulous and rigorous
  • Autonomous
  • Patient
  • Motivated
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Interest in photography, fashion, art and culture

Duration: 6 months continuously and full-time only, starting January 12, 2026

Only one internship agreement for the entire internship period

Internship location: Paris 2e

Internship with a school agreement only
