Job Description

Join King's New Games division as a Senior Product Manager to build a brand-new game from scratch. You will own the product strategy, define vision and roadmap, and deliver impact from early development through market launch. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape player experience, test hypotheses, and launch the next big hit, championing the player's voice and driving data-informed decisions.
Must have:
  • Define and execute the product strategy from concept through production and launch
  • Lead the product discovery process, shaping hypotheses based on player problems, market trends, and competitor insights
  • Build and manage a clear roadmap, balancing short-term learning goals with long-term strategic impact
  • Work closely with design, engineering, and production to shape features and experiences
  • Partner with Data Science and Business Performance to set up and analyze A/B tests, interpret KPIs, and make data-informed decisions
  • Drive the go-to-market approach in collaboration with marketing, UA, and finance teams
  • Ensure clear, inspiring communication across all stakeholders
  • Champion the voice of the player, advocating for delightful, sticky gameplay
  • Establish and evolve operational processes to guide scalable, high-quality development
  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Product Manager on at least one shipped mobile free-to-play game
  • Strong understanding of early-stage game development, with hands-on experience taking a product from concept to launch
  • Demonstrated ability to translate insights into action, using both quantitative and qualitative data to guide strategy
  • Fluent in game economy design, monetization models, and balancing mechanics to optimize LTV and retention
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator with strong skills in stakeholder management, influencing without authority, and narrative storytelling
  • High attention to detail, with a relentless drive for executional excellence
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovation, experimentation, and finding the next hit product
  • Experience defining product strategies and roadmaps, particularly in early-stage environments
  • Strong grasp of product development frameworks, with the ability to choose and adapt methodologies to different contexts
  • Mastery in data-driven decision making; fluency in success metrics, benchmarking, and experimentation frameworks
  • Exceptional communication and alignment skills, tailored to a range of audiences

You will play a pivotal role in building a brand-new game from scratch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the player experience, test early hypotheses, and launch a bold new product that could become the next big hit in our portfolio.

  • Partnering with Executive Producer, Creative Direction and Business Direction, Define and execute the product strategy from concept through production and launch, aligned with the game vision and audience needs
  • Lead the product discovery process, shaping hypotheses based on player problems, market trends, and competitor insights.
  • Build and manage a clear roadmap, balancing short-term learning goals with long-term strategic impact.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, and production to shape features and experiences that are both innovative and feasible.
  • Partner with Data Science and Business Performance to:
  • Set up and analyze A/B tests
  • Interpret KPIs for early signals on retention, engagement, and monetization
  • Make data-informed decisions to iterate rapidly
  • Drive the go-to-market approach in collaboration with marketing, UA, and finance teams.
