Job Summary
Seeking a results-driven Senior Program Manager, Contingent Workforce Systems to lead the strategy, design, implementation, and lifecycle management of systems supporting the contingent workforce. This includes Workforce Management (WFM), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Vendor Management Systems (VMS). The role involves developing technology roadmaps, managing platform integrations, and aligning system capabilities with evolving business needs. Responsibilities include designing scalable, secure system architectures integrating WFM, VMS, and LMS, owning the lifecycle management of contingent workforce platforms, leading vendor selection and performance management, ensuring alignment with policies, and creating adoption strategies.

Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Design scalable, secure system architectures integrating WFM, VMS (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Beeline), and LMS (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Own lifecycle management of contingent workforce platforms including vendor onboarding, updates, and enhancements.
- Lead vendor selection and performance management (Fieldglass, Beeline, Kronos, UKG, etc.).
- Ensure alignment with business, HR, legal, and procurement policies.
- Create and execute training, communication, and adoption strategies for users and business partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years in enterprise program management or solution architecture.
- Direct experience managing or implementing VMS (Beeline, SAP Fieldglass), WFM (Kronos/UKG), and LMS (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Strong knowledge of contingent labor models and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with integrations between VMS/LMS and ERP/HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)Proficient in project/program management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
Preferred Qualification:
- PMP, TOGAF, or SAFe certifications
