Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Sales Manager in the Government sector to operate in the SP region. This role involves prospecting for new business opportunities in the Government segment, making regular visits to potential clients, developing sales strategies and account plans for key prospects. The Sales Manager will demonstrate the company's products and services, prepare commercial proposals, and advise clients on relevant information. The role also requires participation in bidding processes, commercial and contractual negotiation, and coordinating implementation with internal and external clients. The Sales Manager will also plan sales strategies within their geographical region, monitor sales performance, and ensure the achievement of pre-established strategic objectives.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields like Administration.
  • Experience in government sales, particularly in SP.

Estamos em busca de um Gerente de Vendas Sr na área de Governo para atuar na região de SP.

Com atuação hunter com foco em Governo, suas principais atividades serão:

  • Prospectar o mercado em busca de novas oportunidades de negócios no segmento de Governo;
  • Realizar visitas periódicas a potenciais clientes;
  • Elaborar estratégias de vendas;
  • Elaborar account plan para os principais prospects;
  • Demonstrar os produtos e serviço oferecidos pela empresa;
  • Elaborar propostas comercias;
  • Assessorar o cliente com informações pertinentes ao produto/serviço;
  • Participar de processos licitatórios;
  • Trabalhar na negociação comercial, contratual e fechamento dos negócios junto ao Cliente;
  • Coordenar a implantação junto aos clientes internos e externos;
  • Interagir internamente com as outras áreas, visando garantir ao cliente a entrega dos produtos /serviços, conforme padrões de qualidade da empresa.
  • Planejar as estratégias de vendas dentro da sua região geográfica, considerando os recursos disponíveis, metas a serem atingidas, oportunidades de negócio e perfil dos concorrentes;
  • Observar o cumprimento das metas de vendas e resultados, monitorando a evolução dos negócios em relação ao planejado e tomando ações de melhoria/correção necessárias, a fim de garantir o cumprimento dos objetivos preestabelecidos no planejamento estratégico.

Buscamos pessoas que possuam:

  • Graduação em Administração, Marketing, Economia e/ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência com atuação hunter com vendas para grandes contas públicas do Governo e conhecimento do mercado de SP;
  • Vivência no segmento de BPO, tecnologia e serviços (preferencialmente B2B).
