Senior Specialist - System Management

This role is for a Senior Specialist in System Management, focusing on L2 Production Support. The individual will be responsible for 24/7 rotational support, utilizing skills in Linux shell scripting and Oracle, with a preference for banking domain knowledge. Key responsibilities include incident, problem, change, and release management, debugging root causes, and coordinating with L3 and development teams to implement solutions. ITIL certification is preferred, and working knowledge of tools like ITRS, Autosys, AppDynamics, ServiceNow, and UDeploy is essential.

Must Have

• Provide L2 Production Support in a 24/7 rotational shift.
• Proficiency in Linux shell scripting and Oracle.
• Experience with Incident life cycle management.
• Experience with Problem life cycle management and PMR process.
• Experience with Change management, Releases, and Deployments.
• Ability to debug root causes and provide temporary and permanent solutions.
• Coordinate with L3 and development teams for solution implementation.

Good to Have

• ITIL Certified
• Working knowledge of ITRS, Autosys, App dynamics, ServiceNow, UDeploy
• Flexible and adaptable to business needs
• Any programming experience
• Devops experience
• Banking domain knowledge

Excellent L2 Production Support Willing to support in 24 by 7 rotation as per the shift rooster Linux shell scripting and Oracle as skillset with banking domain knowledge

ITIL Certified preferred Working knowledge of ITRS Autosys App dynamics ServiceNow UDeploy

Should be able to work in flexible and adaptable to business needs
