Job Summary

The Senior Systems/DevOps Engineer will be part of the Systems Engineering team, focusing on infrastructure automation and software engineering. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining internal automation tools and services. The engineer will collaborate with development teams to implement systems engineering best practices. Daily tasks include working with platforms and technologies like AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, VictoriaMetrics, Jenkins, and Spinnaker. The team is focused on IaC, automation, and continuously improving the platform that serves millions of users. The role also involves interviewing and managing stakeholders of the platform, helping to derive and steer the roadmap. The platform enables development teams to manage cloud infrastructure, automate critical processes, and ensure the reliability of shared systems like CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and central metrics/logging infrastructure.

Must Have

Experienced in automating and optimizing cloud infrastructure and deployments
Strong focus on Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized applications
Ensure reliability and performance through systematic debugging
Design, build, and maintain internal automation tools and services
Work closely with development teams to ensure implementation of best practices

Who are we looking for:

A Senior Systems Engineer/DevOps Engineer who is experienced in automating, managing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure and deployments, with a strong focus on using Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized applications and ensuring reliability and performance through systematic debugging. You will also be involved in interviewing and managing stakeholders of our platform, helping to derive and steer the roadmap.

Your responsibilities:

You will be part of the Systems Engineering team with a strong focus on infrastructure automation and software engineering
Design, build, and maintain internal automation tools and services
You will work closely with development teams to ensure the implementation of systems engineering best practices
"On a daily basis”, you will work with platforms and technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, VictoriaMetrics, Jenkins, and Spinnaker
