As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities for creating a more engaging and enjoyable experience for millions of students worldwide, linking this engagement to educational and business outcomes. You will also assist classroom teachers in using Prodigy to engage students in learning and support their academic achievement. This role is technical in nature, requiring experience in articulating the business and customer impacts of technical investments.

Your Impact

    • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and QA to foster a user-centered team culture with a compelling vision
    • Communicate the value of technical investments and ensure the platform's continued development and improvement
    • Manage the project backlog to prioritize the most critical tasks, balancing new feature development, iterations, bug fixes, and other internal tasks
    • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs
    • Track and analyze metrics throughout the user journey to identify the highest value opportunities
    • Scope projects and experiments effectively, ensuring they are lean yet valuable enough to validate your hypotheses
    • Continuously iterate on successful features to ensure teachers consistently receive value from our product
    • Regularly communicate your team's work and releases to partner teams
    • Champion your team's accomplishments within the company, ensuring they receive proper recognition

About You

    • 4+ years of experience in a Technical Product Management role at a product-centric company
    • Experience leveraging user research and metrics to significantly enhance a product's value
    • A solid understanding of data driven decision making, including the ability to drive and interpret hypothesis-based testing including A/B testing
    • Clearly articulate and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, as well as the business and user value of technical initiatives, to various internal and external audiences
    • Exhibit a passion for education
    • Possess the ability to scope projects such that every component contributes meaningfully to the overall objective
    • Have prior experience collaborating closely with engineers, developers, UX designers, and other team members
