Overview
We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated SEO Manager with strong analytical, logical reasoning, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate possesses solid technical and content-related expertise in SEO, combined with problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multilingual SEO campaigns.
Effective communication and a client-oriented approach are essential.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the development of SEO strategies.
- Conduct global keyword research, analysis, and strategic mapping.
- Perform competitive analysis across multiple markets to identify growth opportunities.
- Execute on-site SEO audits.
- Independently implement optimization activities in line with the optimization plan, with the aim of meeting and exceeding client objectives.
- Develop global content strategies and optimization plans.
- Optimize content for various platforms, including YouTube, Amazon, and Google Business Profile.
- Monitor and analyze website performance daily, interpreting data to provide insights and concrete actions, optimizing operations to ensure objectives and deadlines are met.
- Perform ad-hoc SEO analyses in relation to specific projects.
- Provide periodic updates through customized reports based on the stakeholder's profile.
- Proactively manage the client relationship throughout the entire work process.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 6 years of experience in planning, executing, and measuring SEO projects.
- Deep understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEO trends and best practices.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with various Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Advanced proficiency in on-page, off-page optimization techniques and SEO copywriting.
- Consolidated experience with SEO tools such as SemRush, Screaming Frog, SEO Monitor, Lumar, Majestic, and others.
- Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Bing Webmaster Tools.
- Ability to independently measure results, identify opportunities for improvement, and define action plans.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, client orientation, and adaptability to working in diverse teams.
- High organizational skills, time management, and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team.
- Good knowledge of the e-commerce industry.
- Knowledge of main SEA logics and familiarity with display advertising/programmatic strategies.
- Strong interest in digital communication and commitment to continuous personal development.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
